Interactive Pitching Instruction.
Each session is individual and personal, with fastball pitching instruction limited to a maximum of 4 pitchers per Zoom Session.
The instruction involves two distinct learning phases.
In-Person Discovery Session: Pitchers attend a Zoom Session where they are introduced to Coach Skip Fast, discover the recommended fastball pitching mechanics, and have their questions answered.
Interactive Video Analysis: At least one week after the in-person Zoom Session, pitchers record and send a pitching motion video from both the side and front views to Coach Skip at contact@propitchinginstitute.com.
Using a form that mirrors the original, Coach Skip analyzes each pitcher’s video and provides specific feedback, highlighting both correct and incorrect aspects of their mechanics.

“Achieving Your Pitching Ambition in One Session” combines the benefits of in-person instruction with the convenience and detailed feedback of remote video analysis to help pitchers learn and refine their pitching mechanics. The small group size further enhances the learning experience by allowing for more individualized attention during the initial session.
