Get your lower body involved in one in-person session

In a common but inefficient motion, the throwing arm fires the baseball without involving the lower body. Because your lower body is uninvolved in your motion, you’re trying to generate all the power and command with your throwing arm, which puts immense stress on the arm.

The result is a significant increase in throwing arm injury, a loss of command, and a decrease in velocity.

A completely New, sequential, organized approach

Your lower body gets involved in as little as one in-person session.

1. Foundation of the Entire Motion

A flawed starting position, such as centering weight over the back foot, immediately limits your ability to drive forward. By teaching the correct starting position— gathering weight just in front of the back foot—the instruction ensures the pitcher is set up for a powerful and balanced drive from the very beginning.

2. Front Leg Lift and Separation

A proper front leg lift prepares the lower body to push toward the plate, initiates the momentum, and creates true hip-shoulder separation. The separation between the hips and shoulders is where a significant amount of the kinetic energy is generated. Without a correct front leg lift, the lower body cannot properly engage, forcing the upper body to compensate.

3. The Final Key to Properly Linking the Lower Body to the Upper Body.

The instruction places this step last in the sequence because it acts as the catalyst for a seamless kinetic chain. A strong, purposeful glove arm action—sweeping across the body to the front hip—initiates the lower body rotation, ensures that the power generated from the legs and hips is efficiently transferred through the core and to the throwing arm, and leads to a fluid, powerful, and injury-resistant delivery.

By following this sequence, the instruction effectively “corrects the prompts to uninvolve your lower body” by teaching the proper, sequential movements that guarantee the lower body is the primary source of power.

In-person instruction costs $150 $60 per half-hour session.
