My son worked with Coach Skip, and we saw instant results. Due to poor mechanics and form, my son struggled to consistently find the strike zone. Because we worked with Coach Skip, my son was able to throw 85 pitches, 0 walks, and only 25 total balls this weekend. That’s 70% strikes! Furthermore, he utilized a slider taught by Coach Skip and limited our league’s best player to ground balls and pop-ups.

Coach Skip started working with my 11 year old son Jason about a year ago. It was recommended to me that he learn to pitch the prior season by his coaches at the time.

Skip was fantastic with my 9 yr old and after 2 sessions my son told me he feels more in control and he thought his speed increased.

Coach Skip was great to work with and had excellent communication! My son enjoyed the one on one sessions and learned a few things to help him improve his game! I would highly recommend for any inspiring pitcher!

I had my first session with Coach Skip this morning. During my afternoon practice, I felt like I was using my lower body a lot more and, because of what we worked on this morning, my fastball command was much better.

Highest endorsement. For years a struggled with a linear motion that is generally taught. Skip gave me a simple motion that dramatically improved accuracy, confidence, and velocity. Forget what you think you know. Skip is a MUST.

Skip is phenomenal to work with. I highly recommend him. He has my son throwing harder and more importantly more accurately. If your child is serious about pitching, I would send him to no one else but Skip.

Skip, I’m proud to say I was named All-League 1st team in the Beach Collegiate Baseball League in Myrtle, SC, made 7 starts and I threw 4 complete games, had a couple of shutouts and am sitting around 86MPH with a fastball, slider and changeup. I thought Skip was able to establish a connection with the kids right away. He was able to teach his methods in a way that the kids could understand, and apply quickly. I think Skip shows the energy and passion for coaching up kids at all skill levels. He is patient and comes across as very knowledgeable. Our team greatly benefitted from our session with him.

We’ve had the privilege to spend time with Skip Fast over the course of 3 months. So far I’ve watched my eight year old boy’s pitching skills develop far beyond the initial expectations I originally hoped for. All I wanted was for him to throw over as opposed to side arm. Skip worked on his form and delivery and his release just worked itself out naturally. I am not exaggerating when I say this, in his last game he pitched two innings and got all six outs; struck out 5 and 1 lined out to short stop. These results have been in three short months. His confidence has increased as well as his love for the game. Thank you Skip. Looking forward to see what you show my boy next.

Skip has done a great job of getting my son to understand the true mechanics of proper pitching technique. With that knowledge he has been able to consistently throw faster and more accurately.
